Developing Personal Productivity
HPEP03 - DEVELOPING PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
The program is to help employees integrate this customer focus into their daily activities and learn how to get organised and manage time to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency.
It covers three main competencies to develop personal productivity:
- Customer Focus
- Getting Organised
- Manage Time
In this program, participants will learn how to:
- Acquiring the essential competency in delivering quality to customers
- Identify the main obstacles to maximising personal productivity
- Understand the components of productivity and their interdependence
Concepts and background information are presented through group exercises, discussion and activities creating an environment that facilitates accelerated learning and application. The trainer will facilitate discussion of real issues and challenges that the participants face at work.Each activity will be thoroughly de-briefed to link the learning to real life situations.
